Beneficial Owners Register Access for Slovakia and Denmark
As of July 2025, the Slovakian register of beneficial owners has disabled access to beneficial ownership data following EU regulatory changes. From September 2025, Denmark will also restrict access, limiting it to obliged entities, competent authorities, and persons or companies with a legitimate interest. We are securing continued access for entitled clients in Denmark and reviewing access options in Slovakia. Access to commercial registers in both countries remains unaffected. Please find more information here.
